Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic communication plans for public sector clients
- Create engaging content including press releases, articles, blog posts, and social media updates
- Manage digital communications channels and ensure consistent brand messaging
- Coordinate media relations and manage press inquiries
- Monitor industry trends and competitor communications to identify opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of communications with organizational goals
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement
- Maintain and update the organization's content calendar
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in corporate communications or public relations
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication campaigns
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with public sector clients is highly desirable
