- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to support the organization's innovation and AI transformation initiatives
- Manage media relations, including pitching stories, responding to inquiries, and building relationships with journalists and influencers
- Create compelling content for various channels, including press releases, articles, social media posts, and internal communications
- Monitor media coverage and provide regular reports on PR performance and brand perception
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communications
- Plan and execute press conferences, media events, and other PR activities
- Manage crisis communications and develop contingency plans for potential PR issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in corporate communications and media relations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate communications, media relations, or journalism
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies
- Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to craft compelling stories
- Strong media relations experience with established industry contacts
- Experience working in technology, innovation, or AI-focused organizations is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret media coverage and metrics
