- Lead end-to-end M&A processes including deal sourcing, valuation, due diligence, and integration across APAC markets
- Develop and execute corporate growth strategies through acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships
- Negotiate complex transaction terms with senior stakeholders across diverse industries and cultures
- Represent Google on boards of acquired companies to ensure strategic alignment and value realization
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and product teams to structure optimal commercial agreements
- Build and maintain relationships with investment banks, private equity firms, and key industry players
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in corporate development, M&A, investment banking, or private equity
- Proven track record of leading and closing transactions in technology or digital sectors
- Expertise in financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and due diligence processes
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to manage complex cross-cultural negotiations
- Board governance experience or demonstrated leadership in strategic decision-making
- Deep understanding of APAC market dynamics and regulatory environments
