Tanggung Jawab
- Lead execution of corporate finance initiatives including IPOs, rights issues, bond issuances, and corporate restructuring
- Coordinate funding processes with financial institutions and maintain strategic banking relationships
- Develop and implement comprehensive capital structure strategies aligned with business objectives
- Oversee financial modeling, risk assessment, and compliance for all corporate finance activities
- Provide strategic financial counsel to executive team on M&A, divestitures, and capital allocation
- Manage regulatory compliance and reporting requirements for finance transactions
- Mentor finance team and drive continuous improvement in financial processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 10+ years corporate finance experience with 5+ years in leadership role
- Proven track record executing complex finance transactions (IPO, restructuring, fundraising)
- Strong analytical skills with advanced financial modeling expertise
- Deep understanding of Indonesian financial markets and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent negotiation skills with financial institutions and investors
- Proficiency in ERP systems and financial analysis tools
