Bank Amar Indonesia is looking for a visionary and results-driven Corporate Funding Head to lead our institutional and corporate funding strategy in Jakarta. As a pivotal leader in our organization, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our corporate liability portfolio by identifying, cultivating, and managing relationships with top-tier corporate clients.
In this role, you will define market strategies to capture liquidity, optimize our funding mix, and represent Bank Amar as a preferred banking partner in the Indonesian corporate landscape. You will lead a high-performing team to exceed deposit mobilization targets, ensuring alignment with our bank's liquidity requirements and overall business objectives.
We are seeking a candidate with a deep understanding of the Indonesian financial market, exceptional negotiation skills, and a proven track record of securing large-scale funding mandates from corporations and institutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to increase corporate deposit volume and diversify the funding base.
- Identify and engage new high-value corporate clients across various industries in the Jakarta region.
- Manage and nurture long-term relationships with existing corporate partners to ensure client retention and deposit growth.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of relationship managers to achieve and exceed quarterly funding targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and macroeconomic factors to adjust funding strategies effectively.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Treasury, Credit, and Product teams, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain high standards of compliance and risk management in all funding operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Corporate Banking, Treasury, or institutional funding roles within the banking sector.
- Strong, established network of corporate clients and financial institutional contacts in Indonesia.
- Expertise in liability management, liquidity planning, and corporate financial products.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing high-performing sales teams.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, digital-first banking environment.
