Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to acquire new corporate clients and expand business with existing ones.
- Identify market opportunities and generate leads through proactive networking and strategic research.
- Conduct professional presentations and negotiations to secure profitable leasing transactions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their financial objectives and recommending optimal leasing solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with internal credit, operations, and risk management teams to ensure seamless deal processing.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate weekly/monthly reporting on account activity.
- Foster long-term relationships with key decision-makers at all levels of corporate organizations.
- Participate in industry networking events to strengthen the Mitsui Leasing brand presence in the Indonesian market.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B corporate sales, account management, or leasing within the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and business targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence C-level executives and key stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Deep understanding of financial leasing products, corporate credit assessment, and market analysis.
- Advanced negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software usage.
