In this role, you will be the face of Cartrack, identifying new business opportunities and demonstrating how our technology can transform logistics and workforce management. You will work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where your efforts are directly rewarded through a lucrative, uncapped commission structure.
Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new B2B business opportunities within the fleet management and logistics sectors.
- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and presentations for key decision-makers and C-suite executives.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial cold outreach and discovery to contract negotiation and closing.
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects using CRM software and networking strategies.
- Collaborate with internal technical and operational teams to ensure seamless onboarding for new enterprise clients.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to maintain a strong value proposition in the Indonesian market.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS, Telematics, or Technology sectors.
- Proven ability to hunt for new business and consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Strong understanding of the consultative sales process and ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Highly self-motivated with a proactive "hunter" mindset and strong resilience.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho) to manage sales pipelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
