As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing contract negotiations, and ensuring our hotel remains the top choice for business travelers, corporate events, and conferences in the West Java region. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Proactively prospect and acquire new corporate accounts through cold calling, networking, and direct sales activities.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing enterprise clients to ensure repeat business and account growth.
- Conduct professional site inspections and sales presentations to prospective corporate partners and event planners.
- Negotiate rates and contract terms to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the operations and reservations teams to ensure seamless execution of corporate bookings and events.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in Bandung to adjust sales strategies effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in corporate sales, specifically within the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Possess a deep understanding of the Bandung corporate market and local business landscape.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales KPIs and revenue targets.
- High level of professionalism, self-motivation, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and standard office productivity tools (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace).
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
