Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the planning and execution of community outreach programs and charitable initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to document and promote CSR activities across digital platforms.
- Support the coordination of partnerships with local community stakeholders and non-profit organizations.
- Conduct research on industry trends to identify potential areas for social impact and sustainability improvements.
- Help prepare progress reports and presentations for internal stakeholders regarding CSR campaign performance.
- Organize volunteer events and employee engagement activities to foster a culture of giving back.
- Assist in managing communications for community-facing campaigns to ensure brand alignment.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Work, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
- Deep passion for community development and corporate social responsibility.
- Proactive team player with a positive attitude and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in basic office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and social media platforms.
- Previous experience or involvement in volunteer work or student council leadership is a plus.
- Ability to commit to an internship duration of 3 to 6 months.
