Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and formulate natural cosmetic products including skincare, haircare, and body care solutions
- Conduct ingredient research and stability testing for new formulations
- Optimize existing products for performance, safety, and cost-effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian and international cosmetic regulations
- Collaborate with R&D team to innovate sustainable packaging solutions
- Document formulation processes and maintain technical specifications
- Train production staff on formulation implementation and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in natural cosmetics formulation
- Strong knowledge of botanical ingredients and their properties
- Familiarity with ISO 22716 and GMP standards
- Experience with product stability testing and documentation
- Proven ability to develop scalable manufacturing processes
- Creative problem-solving skills with attention to detail
