Daikin Indonesia is seeking a highly analytical Cost Control Officer to join our team in Cikarang Pusat, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining financial health by analyzing manufacturing costs, managing inventory valuations, and driving budgeting processes.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of manufacturing costs, variance analysis, and standard cost calculations.
- Monitor and manage inventory valuation, stock movements, and perform reconciliation within the SAP system.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and warehouse teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and process efficiencies.
- Prepare and analyze SAP CO (Controlling) reports to track cost center performances against budgets.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual operational budgets and financial forecasts.
- Evaluate capital expenditures (CAPEX) and operating expenses (OPEX) to ensure strict budget compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in cost control or cost accounting, ideally in a manufacturing sector.
- Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems, specifically the SAP CO/FI modules.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and complex financial modeling).
- Strong analytical mindset with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken) is highly preferred.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced industrial environment.
