Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze operational costs, ensuring alignment with budget forecasts.
- Prepare detailed budget variance reports and provide actionable insights to management.
- Develop and implement cost control procedures to optimize spending across departments.
- Collaborate with project managers and procurement teams to review material and labor costs.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile raw material consumption against production output.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and relevant accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in cost accounting or cost control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of cost accounting principles, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local ERP).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
- Professional certification (e.g., CMA, CPA, Brevet A/B) is a plus.
