- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on commercial coffee machines and related equipment
- Diagnose technical issues and troubleshoot complex equipment malfunctions
- Provide hands-on training to store staff on equipment operation and best practices
- Ensure all equipment meets safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Manage spare parts inventory and order necessary components for repairs
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports
- Collaborate with store management to optimize equipment performance
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a technician with coffee machines or commercial beverage equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of electrical systems, pneumatics, and hydraulic principles
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Certification in equipment maintenance or electronics preferred
- Excellent communication skills for training and stakeholder collaboration
- Valid driver's license (if travel between locations required)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
