Decathlon Malaysia is seeking a high-impact Country Digital Commerce Director to spearhead our digital transformation and omnichannel retail strategy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will manage full P&L accountability for our digital ecosystem, pioneer new-to-market business models, and foster a data-driven culture. Tanggung Jawab
- Define and execute the long-term digital commerce roadmap for Decathlon Malaysia to achieve aggressive market share growth.
- Take full P&L ownership of the digital business unit, ensuring sustainable profitability and efficient resource allocation.
- Lead and mentor high-performing cross-functional teams across e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and user experience.
- Drive the seamless integration of online and offline retail channels to deliver a unified omnichannel customer journey.
- Identify and implement innovative business models, including B2B partnerships and subscription services, to diversify revenue streams.
- Collaborate with global tech teams to optimize the e-commerce platform performance, conversion rates, and mobile-first initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavioral data to pivot strategies proactively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in senior digital commerce or e-commerce leadership roles, preferably within the retail or sports industry.
- Proven track record of managing full P&L and delivering significant revenue growth in complex digital environments.
- Expertise in omnichannel retail strategies, digital marketing automation, and e-commerce platform management.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams in a collaborative, agile culture.
- Deep understanding of the Malaysian digital landscape, consumer payment behaviors, and logistics ecosystem.
- Excellent analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and ROI measurement.
