Tanggung Jawab
- Lead Operations: Direct daily aquaculture production activities and coordinate closely with technical and operational teams to ensure smooth workflows.
- Sustainability: Develop and implement strategies to drive sustainability, minimizing the environmental footprint of our farming operations.
- Quality Assurance: Establish and monitor rigorous quality control protocols to ensure product excellence and consistency.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and high performance.
- Resource Planning: Manage budgets, inventory, and resources effectively to maximize production output and cost-efficiency.
- Compliance: Ensure all production activities comply with local regulations and industry standards.
- Process Improvement: Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous operational enhancements.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Aquaculture, Marine Science, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial or senior production role within the aquaculture or agricultural industry.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of production cycles, feed management, water quality management, and aquaculture technology.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse teams and managing conflict effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Indonesian is a plus).
- Software Proficiency: Ability to use ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools.
- Availability: Willingness to travel to production sites and work flexible hours as needed.
