Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive production strategies to meet output targets while maintaining premium quality standards.
- Oversee daily facility operations, ensuring strict compliance with local regulations, safety protocols, and environmental sustainability guidelines.
- Manage and mentor production teams, fostering a collaborative work environment focused on professional development and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze production KPIs, identifying bottlenecks and implementing data-driven solutions to optimize yield and resource utilization.
- Coordinate closely with supply chain, quality assurance, and commercial teams to align production outputs with market demand.
- Manage the production budget, including capital expenditure planning and operational cost control initiatives.
- Lead continuous improvement projects to integrate new aquaculture technologies and best practices into existing systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries, Animal Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in aquaculture production management or similar high-level operations roles.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale, high-intensity aquaculture operations with a focus on biological and operational success.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of aquaculture health management, water quality standards, and modern feeding strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in production management software and MS Office Suite.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English, with excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
