Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively reach out to prospective leads to promote and explain educational programs.
- Conduct consultations to assess the learning needs and career aspirations of potential students.
- Provide detailed information regarding course curriculum, schedules, and investment options.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to successful enrollment and follow-up.
- Maintain a clean and updated pipeline in our CRM system to ensure timely lead progression.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on campaign performance and market trends.
- Achieve and exceed monthly enrollment targets through consistent performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, consultancy, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic office productivity tools (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace).
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
