Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with prospective customers to understand their English language learning goals and pain points.
- Conduct professional sales consultations, delivering high-quality presentations of English 1 programs.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline from initial inquiry to final enrollment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential leads to ensure high conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the academic team to ensure prospective students are placed in the most suitable courses.
- Keep updated on our product offerings, educational trends, and competitors to provide expert advice.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team-based monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in our internal CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or consultative roles.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Indonesia, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proven ability to influence, persuade, and negotiate effectively.
- High level of self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM software.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
