In this role, you will act as the face of our institution, serving as the first point of contact for prospective students and helping them embark on their English language learning journey.
As a Course Consultant, you will not just sell a program; you will provide expert guidance to identify the specific linguistic needs of each customer. Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively reach out to and engage with new leads to introduce English 1 programs.
- Conduct professional consultative sales interviews to understand customer needs, goals, and learning challenges.
- Provide detailed product demonstrations and explain the value proposition of our courses effectively.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to enrollment and onboarding.
- Maintain an organized database of prospective and current student interactions using our CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the center management team to optimize local sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any field, preferably Marketing, Communications, or Education.
- Proven experience in a sales, customer service, or educational consultancy role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a persuasive, friendly, and professional demeanor.
- Result-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
- High proficiency in Indonesian; English language proficiency is highly preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic shift-based schedules if necessary.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks.
- A proactive attitude with a genuine passion for the education industry.
