Are you a visual storyteller with a passion for coffee culture? Roast Lab is looking for a creative, high-energy Creative Content & Branding Manager to lead the digital presence for both The Roast Lab and Kexpresso. In this role, you will be the heart of our brand identity, translating our artisanal coffee experience into engaging short-form video content, eye-catching graphics, and strategic social media campaigns.
We are looking for someone who lives and breathes TikTok and Instagram trends, understands the nuance of brand integrity, and has the technical skills to turn concepts into viral moments. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies for Instagram and TikTok.
- Produce, film, and edit high-quality short-form video content that resonates with our audience.
- Design aesthetic and on-brand graphic assets for digital and print collateral.
- Manage the brand identity for both The Roast Lab and Kexpresso across all touchpoints.
- Monitor social media analytics to optimize engagement and follower growth.
- Collaborate with the operations team to capture real-time store experiences and product launches.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, visual style, and messaging across all channels.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut).
- Strong design skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Canva.
- Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram algorithms and current social media trends.
- Excellent eye for detail and strong aesthetic sensibility.
- Ability to work on-site in Serpong and manage independent project workflows.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative video and graphic design work.
