In this role, you will be the creative engine behind our visual brand identity, crafting high-end imagery and compelling video content that drives engagement across our E-commerce, website, and social media channels.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, direct, and execute professional photo and video shoots for product collections.
- Develop engaging video content optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Manage end-to-end post-production, including advanced photo retouching and high-quality video color grading.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align visual content with ongoing promotional campaigns and brand messaging.
- Maintain a consistent visual brand identity across all digital and physical Point of Purchase (POP) materials.
- Organize and manage a comprehensive digital asset library for efficient team access.
- Stay up-to-date with current digital media trends and implement new techniques to improve content performance.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a professional photographer and videographer, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
- Expertise in industry-standard software: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in product photography and dynamic video editing.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of visual quality.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, lighting techniques, and composition.
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A creative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and visual storytelling.
