- Develop and curate engaging content for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Design visually appealing graphics and assets using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Manage and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting schedules.
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments to build community interaction.
- Research current industry trends and implement new ideas to boost brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative campaigns and content themes.
- Edit video clips for short-form content to maximize reach and engagement.
- Track performance metrics and provide weekly summaries on content effectiveness.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or Virtual Assistant.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative writing, graphic design, and content planning abilities.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar software.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Rush) is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of current social media algorithms and best practices.
- Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet access.
