Tanggung Jawab
- Create visually compelling designs for digital and print marketing materials (social media graphics, brochures, banners, email campaigns).
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
- Design engaging presentations and sales collateral.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and tools, including AI-powered design software.
- Retouch and edit photos/videos for marketing use.
- Assist in the creation of UI/UX designs for the company website and mobile application.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a creative design role, preferably within a marketing or agency environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills, branding, and campaign application.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional time management skills.
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design (Figma) is a definite plus.
