As our Creative Designer, you will collaborate closely with the marketing and brand development teams to translate ideas and marketing strategies into stunning, high-impact visual assets. From digital social media campaigns to premium packaging designs, your work will define how consumers experience our brand. Tanggung Jawab
- Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality visual assets for various digital marketing channels, including social media (Instagram, TikTok), websites, and email newsletters.
- Create engaging and cohesive packaging layouts, label designs, and promotional materials for skincare and cosmetics product lines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative campaigns, align designs with brand guidelines, and ensure aesthetic consistency across all touchpoints.
- Design offline marketing materials, including event banners, point-of-sale displays (POSM), and product catalogs.
- Perform high-quality photo retouching, editing, and color-correction on product and model lifestyle photography.
- Stay updated on contemporary design trends, social media visual styles, and beauty industry innovations to keep our brands competitive and fresh.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design (DKV), or a related creative discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Graphic/Creative Designer, preferably within the FMCG, beauty, skincare, or lifestyle sectors.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Figma is a strong plus).
- A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing exceptional skills in typography, layout, color theory, and digital asset creation.
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills, with the ability to handle constructive feedback and work under tight deadlines.
- A proactive attitude with strong attention to detail and a passion for the beauty and cosmetics industry.
