Tanggung Jawab
- Drive the end-to-end design process, from conceptual wireframing and user research to high-fidelity prototyping and final delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers and product managers to ensure design feasibility and technical excellence.
- Conduct regular user testing and iterate on designs based on data-driven insights and user feedback.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all digital touchpoints.
- Participate in design critiques and contribute to a culture of constructive feedback and continuous learning.
- Translate business requirements and user personas into elegant, user-centric solutions.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UI/UX, or a related field.
- A robust portfolio showcasing complex problem-solving skills and a strong eye for visual design.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools (e.g., Protopie or Framer).
- Deep understanding of responsive design, mobile-first strategies, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with cross-functional product squads.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders clearly.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-oriented environment.
