Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years of creative leadership experience in beauty/personal care industry
- Proven portfolio demonstrating successful brand campaigns and packaging design
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and 3D rendering tools
- Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate business goals into creative solutions
- Experience managing cross-functional creative teams and agencies
- Deep understanding of men's consumer behavior and market dynamics
