Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the end-to-end planning and coordination of corporate and brand experiential events.
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop unique event concepts and production designs.
- Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing materials and overseeing logistics for event installations.
- Coordinate on-site event operations to ensure seamless execution and guest satisfaction.
- Create engaging event presentations, mood boards, and project documentation for client pitches.
- Conduct industry research to stay ahead of the latest trends in event technology and experiential marketing.
- Provide administrative and operational support to project managers during high-pressure event cycles.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Events Management, or a related field.
- A keen interest in experiential marketing, production, and the creative event industry in Singapore.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to interact with vendors and clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a significant plus.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a 'can-do' attitude toward challenges.
- Ability to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of 3 to 6 months.
