Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and champion the overall brand strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and market positioning.
  • Create and curate high-quality, SEO-optimized content across all platforms, including web, social media, email, and print.
  • Manage and grow social media channels, crafting engaging campaigns that foster community and drive engagement.
  • Oversee the production of creative assets, from concept to delivery, working closely with designers and external agencies.
  • Analyze content and campaign performance metrics, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to guidelines across all internal and external communications.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for brand differentiation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support integrated marketing campaigns and company-wide initiatives.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related creative discipline.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in brand management, content creation, or creative marketing.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, with a flair for storytelling.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite) and content management systems.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, SEM, and digital marketing analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a distinct advantage.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A portfolio or work samples demonstrating successful brand campaigns and content initiatives.
