Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a professional florist or floral designer (1+ years preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating creative floral arrangements and design capabilities
- Deep knowledge of flower varieties, seasonal availability, and care techniques
- Strong artistic sensibility with color theory and composition skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for client interactions
