Talent Trader Group is seeking a dynamic and innovative Creative Funnel & Performance Marketer to join our team in Singapore’s vibrant East Region. This is a pivotal role designed for a professional who excels at bridging the gap between imaginative creative concepts and rigorous performance data.
As our Creative Funnel & Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of digital marketing funnels. Your primary objective is to optimize every touchpoint of the customer journey, from initial awareness to final conversion. You will leverage platforms like Meta Ads and Google Ads to scale campaigns while ensuring that our creative assets resonate deeply with target audiences and drive high-intent actions.
The ideal candidate is someone who doesn't just look at CTRs and CPAs but understands the 'why' behind the numbers. You will collaborate closely with creative teams to brief high-performing ad content and use technical insights to refine audience targeting. We are looking for a strategic thinker who is ready to take ownership of performance KPIs and contribute to the long-term growth of the brand. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive full-funnel performance marketing strategies across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
- Conceptualize, brief, and iterate on creative assets (static and video) based on performance data and audience insights.
- Manage and optimize daily ad spend to ensure maximum ROI and achievement of performance KPIs.
- Conduct continuous A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve conversion rates (CRO).
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable reports to stakeholders with clear growth recommendations.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform algorithm updates, and emerging marketing technologies.
- Collaborate with web and design teams to optimize landing page experiences and user journeys for higher retention.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling successful campaigns on Meta Business Suite and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of direct-response copywriting and creative strategy for digital ads.
- Proficiency in analytical tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), GTM, and various attribution modeling software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data sets into clear, actionable growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
