As a key member of our marketing and communications department, you will be responsible for creating engaging visuals for social media, websites, promotional materials, and internal communications, as well as producing high-quality video content that resonates with our audience. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and produce a wide range of graphic materials for digital platforms (social media, website banners, email campaigns) and print (brochures, flyers, presentations).
- Conceptualize, shoot (if necessary), and edit high-quality video content, including promotional videos, explainer videos, short-form social media clips, and internal communications.
- Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and visual treatments that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual aesthetics across all multimedia assets.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and other internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective visual solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest design software, video editing techniques, and industry trends to suggest innovative approaches and tools.
- Manage and organize digital assets, maintaining an accessible and well-structured media library.
- Provide creative input and recommendations to enhance overall visual communication strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, or a related creative field.
- Proven professional experience (minimum 2-3 years) as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, layout, and video production workflows.
- Experience with motion graphics and animation is a significant advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus but not required.
