Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the conceptualization and creation of visual content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, and promotional materials.
- Design engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts that align with BOEMI Botanicals' brand guidelines and aesthetic.
- Support the senior design team in developing creative concepts for new product launches and campaigns.
- Prepare design files for both digital and print production, ensuring high-quality output.
- Conduct research on design trends, competitor analysis, and creative best practices to inspire innovative ideas.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product development teams to ensure design consistency and effectiveness.
- Maintain and organize digital asset libraries, ensuring easy accessibility and proper version control.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide fresh perspectives on design challenges.
Kualifikasi
- A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Up to 1-2 years of experience in a design role (internships or freelance work are a plus).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, demonstrating creativity and technical skills.
- Basic understanding of branding principles and visual identity systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and a passion for natural products/botanicals.
