Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute creative advertising campaigns across multiple digital and traditional media channels.
- Manage the brand identity and ensure visual consistency across all marketing collateral.
- Produce high-quality content including social media posts, blog articles, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create effective lead generation assets for property listings.
- Monitor and analyze media trends to identify new opportunities for brand exposure.
- Coordinate with external creative agencies and freelance contributors to deliver high-quality media assets.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide reports to management for continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related creative field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in advertising, media production, or creative digital marketing.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative flair and proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- A deep understanding of social media platform algorithms and digital advertising best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into creative strategy.
- Passion for the property and real estate industry in the Indonesian market.
