- Develop and execute comprehensive creative direction for quarterly editorial themes and digital campaigns.
- Oversee the full production lifecycle of multimedia projects, including video, audio, and interactive graphics.
- Collaborate with editorial teams to translate complex news stories into engaging visual narratives.
- Maintain high production standards and ensure brand consistency across web, social media, and mobile platforms.
- Manage production timelines, resources, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets.
- Analyze audience engagement metrics to refine creative strategies and improve content reach.
- Mentor junior production staff and foster a culture of creative innovation within the newsroom.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Film, Journalism, Communication, or a related creative field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in multimedia production, preferably in news, media, or agency environments.
- Proficiency in industry-standard creative software, including Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual storytelling and project direction.
- Deep understanding of digital media trends, social media platform mechanics, and audience psychology.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate creative visions to diverse stakeholders.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; familiarity with Indonesian media culture is a significant advantage.
