In this role, you will be the backbone of our creative department, ensuring that every projectāfrom high-stakes video shoots to digital campaign assetsāis executed flawlessly from concept to delivery.

You will work closely with directors, creatives, and external stakeholders to manage timelines, resources, and on-set operations, ensuring that our creative vision is never compromised.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end production workflows, including pre-production planning, scheduling, and on-set management.
- Liaise between the internal creative team, external vendors, and talent to ensure seamless communication.
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure all creative deliverables meet strict deadlines.
- Provide on-site support during shoots, managing equipment logistics, catering, and crew needs.
- Assist in the procurement of props, location permits, and production assets.
- Troubleshoot real-time production challenges with a calm, solution-oriented mindset.
- Maintain detailed production documentation and asset archives for post-production reference.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Film, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in creative production, agency environments, or freelance production coordination.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Notion).
- Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and adaptable in fast-paced, high-pressure creative environments.
- A proactive problem-solver with a meticulous attention to detail.
