Are you a digital storyteller with a passion for the nightlife scene? KMHNiaga is looking for a dynamic and visionary Creative Social Media & Marketing Executive to join our team in Bukit Damansara. This isn't just a desk job; it's an opportunity to be the creative architect behind one of the city's most exclusive premium nightlife brands.

We are seeking a high-energy professional who understands the intersection of aesthetic content and performance marketing. Your mission will be to transform our digital presence into a high-conversion engine. From directing high-quality Reels that capture the electric atmosphere of our club to designing sleek, high-end event posters, you will be the guardian of our brand’s visual identity. You will also leverage Meta Ads to ensure our tables are booked and our dance floor is full every single weekend.

The ideal candidate is a trend-setter who knows what makes content go viral and how to convert 'likes' into loyal patrons. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a portfolio that proves you can capture the essence of luxury entertainment, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy focused on Instagram and TikTok to enhance brand visibility.
  • Design high-impact digital posters and marketing collateral for weekly club events and special guest appearances.
  • Script, direct, and edit high-quality viral Reels and video content that showcases the premium nightlife experience.
  • Manage and optimize Meta Ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) specifically targeted to drive table bookings and guest list sign-ups.
  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to ensure our brand remains at the forefront of the industry.
  • Engage with our digital community and manage inquiries to provide a premium customer experience.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide monthly reports on social growth and ROI of paid campaigns.
  • Provide on-site creative support during key events to capture real-time highlights.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Creative Media, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the F&B, Nightlife, or Hospitality sectors.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut).
  • Proven track record of managing Meta Business Suite and running successful paid ad campaigns.
  • Strong aesthetic sense with an eye for luxury branding and premium visual storytelling.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to write engaging, witty, and brand-appropriate copy.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, to align with nightlife event schedules.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
