- Lead and mentor a creative team, providing direction and feedback on all visual deliverables.
- Develop and implement the visual strategy and art direction for high-profile client projects.
- Collaborate with technical developers and engineers to integrate creative assets seamlessly into web and app environments.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in creative technology, including WebGL, 3D motion, and interactive storytelling.
- Manage the creative workflow, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Review and approve creative assets to ensure they align with brand guidelines and client objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a creative lead or art director role within a digital or advertising agency environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in motion graphics, 3D design, and creative coding (HTML/CSS/JS basics are a plus).
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Cinema 4D, or Blender.
- Proven experience leading teams and managing projects from concept to completion.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts to non-creative stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment and adapt to changing priorities.
