You will be responsible for bridge-building between our platform and the local creator economy. By analyzing engagement trends and implementing operational strategies, you will help our creators push the boundaries of their creativity. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute creator engagement strategies to increase platform usage and content quality in the PH market.
- Identify, onboard, and nurture high-potential creators to grow their presence on CapCut.
- Analyze data metrics to monitor community health, content trends, and user behavior.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to launch seasonal campaigns and creator-focused events.
- Provide regular feedback and actionable insights to product and engineering teams to enhance app features.
- Manage end-to-end operational workflows for creator incentive programs and partnership initiatives.
- Resolve community escalations and ensure creator adherence to platform guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in content operations, talent management, or social media community management.
- Deep understanding of the Philippines creator ecosystem, trending formats, and influencer marketing dynamics.
- Exceptional data analysis skills, with proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, or internal CRM dashboards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tagalog.
- Strong project management abilities with a proven track record of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for mobile video editing, creative technology, and trendspotting.
