- Assist in developing and executing content strategies for LIVE creators to boost engagement and growth
- Support the analysis of LIVE performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate on initiatives to enhance user engagement and monetization during LIVE streams
- Help design, test, and implement new gifting features and promotional campaigns
- Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure seamless LIVE operations
- Conduct competitive research and industry trend analysis for LIVE platforms
- Monitor and report on LIVE content performance and creator feedback
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Passionate about LIVE streaming and digital content creation trends
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-team projects
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data analysis tools
- Prior experience with social media platforms, especially LIVE features, is a plus
- Available for a full-time internship starting in 2026
