Your expertise will help establish mutually beneficial partnerships that elevate our brand presence and engage our target audience effectively.
As a key member of our marketing and communications team, you'll collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand content requirements and match them with the right creative partners. - Source and identify potential creators and influencers who align with brand values and target audience
- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of reliable and high-quality creators
- Develop and implement strategies for establishing and nurturing creator partnerships
- Manage the entire partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and relationship management
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand content requirements and match with appropriate creators
- Monitor and evaluate partnership performance, providing insights for optimization
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and best practices in creator partnerships
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, or related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with ability to build relationships
- Strong understanding of the creator economy and various content platforms
- Ability to identify and evaluate creator potential based on audience, engagement, and brand alignment
- Experience with contract management and partnership agreements
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and database management tools
- Strategic thinking with ability to develop and execute partnership plans
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
