  • Identify, vet, and recruit high-potential TikTok creators and influencers who align with FNT Clothing Corp’s brand aesthetic.
  • Manage end-to-end outreach campaigns, from initial discovery to contract negotiation and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain a robust database of creator partners to ensure a consistent pipeline for seasonal product launches.
  • Coordinate with internal logistics teams to ensure creators receive samples promptly for content production.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns using TikTok Shop analytics and other E-commerce tracking tools.
  • Stay updated on the latest TikTok trends, algorithm updates, and competitor influencer strategies to optimize sourcing.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for creators, ensuring clear communication regarding content requirements and deadlines.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in Influencer Marketing, Talent Sourcing, or a similar role within the E-commerce or Fashion industry.
  • Deep understanding of the TikTok ecosystem, including TikTok Shop, creator trends, and audience demographics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional yet engaging outreach style.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage partnership budgets and deliverable expectations effectively.
