Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute credit marketing strategies for UMK clients in Tarakan region
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and competitive opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients and financial partners
- Prepare credit proposals and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations
- Collaborate with credit team to streamline application processing and customer service
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to meet quarterly targets
- Provide financial literacy training to small business owners
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in banking/financial services or B2B sales
- Deep understanding of credit products and Indonesian banking regulations
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills for business clients
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Resident of Tarakan or willing to relocate
- Valid BPJS Ketenagakerjaan enrollment
