Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement credit product marketing strategies aligned with regional targets
- Identify and engage potential customers through digital campaigns, events, and partnerships
- Present credit product features to customers and provide personalized financial solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive cross-selling opportunities
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing approaches
- Prepare monthly sales reports and performance metrics for senior management
- Coordinate with credit approval teams to streamline customer onboarding processes
Kualifikasi
- Maximum age of 28 years at the time of application
- Minimum D3 degree from any accredited institution with GPA ≥ 2.75
- At least 1 year of experience as a Credit Marketing Officer (CMO)
- Strong communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driving license and willingness for field activities in Jember region
