Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for new and used car financing in the Yogyakarta region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with car dealers, showrooms, and potential individual customers.
- Conduct professional presentations of financial products to prospective clients.
- Analyze customer creditworthiness and ensure all loan documentation meets company standards.
- Achieve monthly sales targets consistently.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the financing application process.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience in automotive finance or sales is a plus.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C) and personal motorcycle.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work under pressure and target-driven mindset.
- Comfortable working in the field and engaging with clients directly.
- Based in or willing to work in Yogyakarta.
