Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and acquire new clients for Hajj-related credit products through targeted marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities in the Islamic finance sector
- Develop and implement promotional strategies for credit services tailored to Hajj pilgrims
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and consultations
- Collaborate with credit team to ensure compliance with Sharia banking regulations
- Prepare sales reports and performance metrics for management review
- Participate in community outreach events to expand brand awareness
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in financial marketing or credit acquisition
- Strong understanding of Islamic finance principles and Hajj financing products
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools
- Valid driver's license and willingness for local travel
