- Promote BFI Syariah financing products through proactive agency-based sales methods
- Conduct detailed customer surveys to assess financing needs and market opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while representing Sharia-compliant solutions
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and documentation for performance tracking
- Collaborate with branch leadership to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Stay updated on Sharia finance regulations and BFI product innovations
- Organize promotional activities to increase brand awareness in Samarinda region
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Sharia Finance
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales/marketing with financial services
- Certification in Islamic banking principles or Sharia finance preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with proven track record in closing deals
- Excellent communication abilities in Bahasa Indonesia
- Target-driven mindset with ability to work independently
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Valid Indonesian SIM and willingness for field visits
