- Host and lead family entertainment events with energy and enthusiasm
- Create engaging, interactive experiences for children and families
- Interact actively with visitors to ensure a memorable and enjoyable experience
- Manage crowd dynamics and ensure safety during events and activities
- Assist in planning and executing special events and themed programs
- Maintain a positive and entertaining atmosphere throughout the venue
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of entertainment programs
Kualifikasi
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage audiences of all ages
- Charismatic personality with a natural ability to entertain and captivate
- Experience in hosting, MC roles, or similar entertainment positions preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with unpredictable schedules
- Strong improvisation skills to handle unexpected situations gracefully
- Ability to maintain high energy levels throughout shift duration
- Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and basic English (if applicable)
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evening hours as needed
