In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment strategies, specifically focused on identifying, vetting, and onboarding highly qualified crew members for our specialized LNG and Tanker vessel fleet. You will act as a bridge between operational requirements and human resources, ensuring that every vessel is manned by professional, certified, and reliable seafarers who adhere to international maritime safety standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for LNG and Tanker vessel crew members, from sourcing to final deployment.
- Screen, interview, and verify certifications of seafarers to ensure compliance with company standards and international maritime regulations.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Technical departments to anticipate crewing needs based on vessel schedules.
- Maintain an extensive, updated database of qualified marine personnel and talent pipelines.
- Monitor and ensure all crew documentation, licenses, and medical clearances are valid and up-to-date.
- Conduct briefing sessions for new recruits regarding company policies, safety protocols, and vessel culture.
- Analyze turnover rates and implement retention strategies for key maritime positions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maritime crewing or recruitment, specifically within the shipping/tanker industry.
- In-depth knowledge of STCW conventions, MLC 2006, and international maritime labor regulations.
- Strong background in scouting and interviewing technical maritime staff.
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure, fast-paced environments with strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficient in HRIS or crewing management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a high degree of professional integrity.
