Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain CRM database integrity, including data entry, cleaning, and segmentation.
- Design, build, and optimize automated email marketing sequences and drip campaigns.
- Set up triggers and workflows between CRM platforms and other business tools (e.g., Zapier, Make).
- Monitor automation performance and report on key marketing metrics to stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot technical issues within CRM platforms to prevent communication gaps.
- Assist in lead nurturing strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all automated touchpoints.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a CRM Specialist, Marketing Automation Specialist, or Virtual Assistant.
- Strong proficiency with CRM software such as HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, or similar tools.
- Experience with automation platforms like Zapier or Make.com is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Experience in managing marketing communication workflows.
