Tanggung Jawab
- Design, build, and maintain complex automation workflows within GoHighLevel (GHL).
- Perform regular data auditing and cleaning to maintain high CRM data accuracy.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable reports to improve customer engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align CRM capabilities with lead generation goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the CRM ecosystem promptly.
- Manage email marketing lists, trigger sequences, and pipeline management settings.
- Implement A/B testing strategies for automated sequences to optimize conversion rates.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a CRM Specialist, specifically with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, lead nurturing, and sales funnels.
- Experience in data management, reporting, and utilizing analytics tools to drive decisions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a 100% remote setting.
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience working with distributed teams is a plus.
